Looking for that creamy great tasting hot drink without all that caffeine in it? Why don’t you make yourself a healthy latte with one of our superfood powders! See below for some more recipes!

Butterfly Latte:

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 to 1 and 1/2 cups of regular milk or your favourite plant-based milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of our Electric Blue Butterfly Pea Powder
  • 1 teaspoon of natural sweetener (optional)

Steps:

  1. Heat your milk to medium to high heat for at least 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  2. Place the butterfly pea powder along with the teaspoon of natural sweetener into the milk and stir continuously for at least 15 seconds or until fully dissolved
  3. Once all mixed together, use a milk frother to add extra foam on top!

Key Notes:

Prep and Making Time: 5 - 7 minutes in total

Taste: Butterfly Pea gives off a herbal / earthy taste that when combined and complimented with milk

Best time to enjoy: For this latte, there isn’t a specific time when you should best enjoy this drink as it is caffeine-free. Enjoy it in the morning when you wake up, after lunch or even after dinner when you wind down the choice is yours!
