Standard Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind under our Standard Refund Policy.
However, if for example your goods are damaged upon receiving them or they are not the correct products as per your purchase invoice, we will exchange it with a replacement product of the same value. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item so that we can organise the correct products to be sent out to you as soon as possible.

- Product Details
- Details of the issue of the product
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
